Pi Network Update — The Future of Pi Value and Purity Badge ✅

As of today, even with 10 billion Pi coins potentially in circulation, only less than 1 million Pi coins will actually function at GCVO value.

Why?

Many Pi coins have already been transferred to exchanges, causing the loss of the Purity Badge ✅— permanently.

Dr. Nicolas once said:

"Every Pi is scarce and valuable. And those Pioneers who persevere until the end will achieve great things in life!"

Fan also stated:

"10 Pi is enough for a generation, and Pi is non-conformist!"

🚀 What will happen when the global open main net goes live?

✅ Pi gas fees will be reduced

✅ Pi will receive a contract address on the Pi Blockchain Network

✅ Up to 300 computer nodes will be activated

✅ Pi Browser will display the true Pi value via Pi Blockchain Explorer

✅ Wallet balances will show the USD equivalent under total balance

Pi Browser Wallet will have 2 types of balances:

1. Contribution Balance – Mined Pi with Purity Badge ✅, never transferred to exchanges — fully usable.

2. Non-Contribution Balance – Pi that has been transferred to exchanges — Purity Badge ✅ lost — not usable .

Important Notes:

❌ You cannot cheat or bypass this system.

✅ To hold Pi with a Purity Badge ✅, you must:

Create a Pi account

Mine for at least 30 days

Complete KYC

Be in the migration queue

After migration:

Pi coins sent by the Pi Core Team to your Pi Browser wallet will carry the Purity Badge ✅ — but transferring them to any crypto exchange will permanently remove the badge, even if sent back.
