PANews, June 23 - According to on-chain detective ZachXBT, New York social engineering scammer Christian Nieves (alias Daytwo/PawsOnHips) set up a small call center impersonating Coinbase customer service, guiding users to create Coinbase wallets containing controlled seeds on phishing websites, and has stolen over $4 million in user funds. His accomplice Paranoia (Justin) previously scammed $240,000 from an elderly victim in November 2024, part of which flowed into the Roobet platform, while the rest was converted to XMR. He publicly disclosed his Roobet account 'pawsonhips' and leaked his wallet address during a Discord call, showing it was frequently used for online gambling.
