The Bitcoin price crash is far from over, with support below $90,000
As the ongoing confrontation between Iran and Israel intensifies, the imminent war events have exacerbated the Bitcoin price crash. The financial markets naturally reacted negatively to this news, and the cryptocurrency market was no exception. Bitcoin prices had stayed above the psychological threshold of $100,000 for the longest time. Losing this support and further crashing is just a matter of time, especially when this digital asset seems to only have major support in the five-digit range.
Analysts predict Bitcoin price will drop below $90,000
In an article on TradingView, cryptocurrency analyst Master Ananda revealed the main bearish pattern for Bitcoin prices. Since Bitcoin prices have held the $100,000 support level so far this week, it indicates that there is still some buying interest in this cryptocurrency. However, the chart shows that the strength of Bitcoin prices is insufficient to maintain this level.
The current Bitcoin price trend seems to be merely a continuation of the bearish price movement that began after reaching a peak of $111,900 on May 19, 2025. Since then, Bitcoin prices have been on a continuous decline, and cryptocurrency analysts state that the market currently looks “terrible.”
Given this crash, Bitcoin's main support level is no longer above $100,000 but rather more than 10% below that level. Given that Bitcoin prices have previously dropped below $100,000, the first support level the market might see is $88,888. If this support level fails to hold, the market will drop another 5%, heading toward $82,500, after which the bulls will be unable to mount any counterattack.
What happens if BTC remains above $100,000?
Although the bearish trend currently dominates, there is still a possibility for Bitcoin prices to rebound above $100,000 and establish a firm footing. In this case, the bullish trend is likely to continue. This cryptocurrency analyst emphasized this point in another article and predicted that if this occurs, Bitcoin will see a significant rally.
