Speaking of @WalletConnect , I have always felt it is a project with great potential. My attention to it started from the large-scale airdrop initiated last year by @WalletConnect . At that time, as long as your wallet had some interaction on the chain and you had used the @WalletConnect network, registering would likely get you an airdrop of over 100 to 200 $WCT.
Why do I feel it has great potential? Because @WalletConnect actually paid the gas fees for OP chain for every account eligible to receive an airdrop, allowing users to receive the airdrop without spending a penny on gas. I ask, how many projects can do this now?
Immediately afterwards, @WalletConnect suddenly disappeared from the public eye. Due to the sudden disappearance, the hype dissipated, and the off-market coin price dropped from around $1 to $0.3. At that time, there were scoldings everywhere, blaming the bull market for not releasing coins, causing the coin price to drop to bear market levels.
Later on, the TGE news suddenly came out, and it was going to be listed on Binance spot trading. A major event is approaching, and the project returned to the public eye, but the price is much lower than before. Even though it’s going to be listed on Binance, the pre-market price only rose from $0.3 to $0.4. However, I still feel that the project is undervalued. After the TGE, the coin price hovered around $0.4 until @WalletConnect released the subsequent roadmap, which impressed me again. It is indeed rare to see a project that is well-planned and consistently moving forward. It shows that the project team is not just a shortsighted project existing for TGE, which further made me want to follow it all the way. To prevent myself from being unable to hold on, I decisively staked for 2 years, and I believe that after 2 years, it will give me considerable returns.
A while ago, it rose to $1.39 and then dropped to $0.3. The current price is really absolutely undervalued; this type of project should at least reach $1. At the current position, I will continue to buy in, and I believe that in the near future, it will definitely yield good returns for me.
