This article is solely for my personal collection. How to withdraw small amounts safely and easily?
(Guaranteed no card freezing version)
Streamlined version:
Find long-term cooperative Binance Shield merchants -> Withdraw to Alipay -> Borrow money to bank card using Jiebei -> Use the withdrawn money to pay back Jiebei -> Complete
Full version:
1️⃣ If it's your first time withdrawing, it's recommended to look for Binance Shield merchants, then check for those with a 30-day transaction volume between 500 and 3000, supporting withdrawals to Alipay.
PS: It's best not to choose the one with the highest price; choose a merchant with a price slightly lower than the highest, which is generally safer.
2️⃣ After selecting, first see if the merchant supports long-term cooperation, then withdraw a small amount to Alipay.
PS: Make sure the payment is made by the merchant's real-name Alipay account, which should match the name certified with Binance, to avoid any issues.
3️⃣ Then borrow the same amount of money from Alipay Jiebei to your bank card, and use the withdrawn money to quickly repay Jiebei.
PS: I usually borrow around 40,000 with a quick borrowing and repaying fee of 6 yuan, which is risk-free and very cost-effective.
5️⃣ Finally, after repaying Jiebei, go to Binance to confirm receipt, and complete the C2C transaction.

In conclusion:
The core idea of small withdrawals is to make good use of Alipay Jiebei!
The money borrowed from Jiebei can go directly to your bank card, this part of the funds is absolutely fine.
Then use the withdrawn money to repay Jiebei; even if there are issues with the funds, the system will not determine that your Alipay account has problems because the funds have been transferred to Jiebei.
This way, withdrawing to your bank card will not have card freezing issues.
