🌿 Garam masala powder (homemade)
✅ Ingredients:
Cinnamon – 2 pieces (1 inch each)
Cardamom (green) – 5
Cloves – 5
Roller pepper – 1 teaspoon
Bay leaves – 2 (dried)
Nutmeg – 1/4 piece (optional)
Mace – 1 piece (optional)
🔥 Preparation:
Lightly fry all the ingredients in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes (until fragrant).
When cool, grind in a blender.
Store in a glass airtight jar.
Use 1/2 teaspoon at the end of cooking.
