Now, IT touched to $36.21 trillion. The national debts is occured to the various cases such as car loan, mortgage loan, credit cards loan, business loan. Three are two types of debts such as non- marketable and marketable. If the debts incurred by government or public is called intergovernmental debt. Actually this debt is not occurred in a year or decade. IT was started during the American Revolutionary War amounted $75 million from the domestic investor and French Government. The national debts the American government enables to pay for important programs and services for the citizens. The federal government expenses has increased day by day the income has not generated so fast. Domestic productions is going down, then the has purchased the goods from other countries by more price, IT creates huge expenses. So, the has decided to uplift the domestic production and less depends on foreign goods.
