WalletConnect is an open-source protocol that allows users to securely connect their crypto wallets to decentralized applications (dApps), usually through a QR code scan. However, WalletConnect ≠ wallet; it is just a connection tool.
However, in the context of WTC (Waltonchain), since this is a coin based on its own blockchain (not an ERC-20 or BEP-20 token), WalletConnect is not used directly for Waltonchain as it is in Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain.
