1. I have already resigned from Binance score increasing for a week. Today I retrieved all funds and calculated overall losses of a few tens of thousands. I reviewed the four major points of loss:

1. The first time organizing a bulk score increase, the personnel were distributed in various locations, and there was no advance preparation of a registration form or a good management system, resulting in nearly 1/3 of the accounts experiencing interruptions in scoring, leading to missed rewards and wasted transaction fees.

2. It is also because the UID and scores of everyone were not registered properly that some accounts missed out on rewards and missed the opportunity to participate in the TGE activities in the early stage.

3. Someone in the team bought ZKJ tokens and, due to forgetting to sell for U, encountered a significant drop in ZKJ, resulting in a direct loss of nearly a thousand dollars for that transaction.

4. In the mid to late stage of score increasing, while contemplating strategies, I called off the score increase twice, resulting in scores not keeping up.

For the problems mentioned above, in the future, when encountering similar bulk operations, one should prepare a statistical table from the beginning, register the basic information of the accounts, complete tasks daily, register daily, and verify daily. Once any anomalies are found, they should be handled immediately. For projects involving money, it is essential to implement solid rules; otherwise, in the end, the only one who will lose money is oneself.

Second, regarding the Hong Kong stock IPO, Sanhua suffered slight losses and was completely liquidated. The subscription price was 22.53, and the dark market liquidation price was around 21.6, incurring new issue transaction fees and dark market selling fees, resulting in an average loss of about 230 Hong Kong dollars per single transaction. The losses are still within a controllable range.

Some friends said not to sell yet, to wait and sell after Monday's listing. Considering our volume is not particularly large, I decided to liquidate everything in the dark market directly. I don't want to get distracted. After all, on Monday, the probability of making much is low, but the losses shouldn't be too severe.

During this period, I noticed that most of the projects I participated in were losing money. I remember a friend once said that when you realize you are continuously losing money, you should refrain from participating in anything, relax, enjoy yourself, and don't be hard on yourself.

Thinking about it, my condition has indeed been poor lately. I've been coughing for a week, just got over a fever; when feeling dizzy and fatigued, one should not make decisions. At this time, one should not think about money-making projects. If you miss out, you miss out; treat it with a calm mind and be kind to yourself.
