Former Binance CEO CZ urged cryptocurrency platforms to add a "will" feature. He explained that users should be able to specify who will inherit their digital assets in advance, and in what proportion, in the event of their death.
His statement comes as Binance updates its emergency contact feature.
The new release not only reminds a designated contact of an inactive account but also allows them to submit an inheritance request - provided they have official documentation proving the death and a familial relationship.
