On May 24th at 23:10 Singapore Time, the SAFE4 network experienced an event where supernodes stopped producing blocks. The reason was the excessive number of main nodes and insufficient contract execution performance, which led to an inability to produce blocks. At that time, the developers urgently released version 2.0.6.rc2/2.0.7 to fix this issue, and today they continue to release the node program version 2.0.8 with the following optimizations:
1. Dynamically calculate the gas required for reward transactions; 2. Optimize the retrieval of main node addresses for rewards; 3. Fix the issue of being unable to migrate the same main node address; 4. Fix the issue of some supernodes experiencing block production delays due to slow querying of main node addresses;
The previous feedback regarding the same main node address having two transactions of 1000 SAFE, where one transaction could not be imported, has been resolved in version 2.0.8. However, only one main node can be imported for the same main node address; the other transaction is not a main node.
Please have personnel with supernodes sync automatically once. Main nodes can sync or not sync.
