Bitcoin Strategy Outperforms the Total Holdings of 5 Countries Simultaneously

Michael Saylor's Strategy (MSTR) has been aggressively purchasing Bitcoin (BTC) for years. In fact, the amount has reached 592,100 BTC, surpassing the holdings of countries around the world.

More specifically, Coingecko data records the total Bitcoin owned by the five countries in the world as more than 463,741 BTC. These countries include the United States (US) with 198,012 BTC, China holding 190,000 BTC, the United Kingdom with 61,000 BTC, Bhutan with 8,594 BTC, and El Salvador with around 6,135 BTC.

This indicates that Strategy has consistently continued to purchase Bitcoin using funds from its stock issuance. As a result, the company has become a pioneer institution that adopts Bitcoin in the long term.

Thus, Saylor's company has controlled up to 2.8% of the total Bitcoin supply worldwide, which is 21 million BTC.
