The Financial Services Commission of South Korea (FSC) presented a roadmap for the approval of local spot crypto ETFs to the Presidential Policy Planning Committee.

The roadmap plans to develop regulations to be implemented in the second half of 2025. It also aims to loosen regulations on Korean won-based stablecoins during the same period.
