😸Powell keeping interest rates unchanged — good or bad for the market
Here’s the thing: when interest rates are low, borrowing becomes easier, and people tend to invest more in assets like crypto. But with rates still sitting between 4.25% and 4.5%, most investors will likely stay cautious for now.
Add to that the ongoing tensions in the Middle East — if things escalate and major powers get involved, we could see more risk-off behavior. People might pull out of markets and move into safe havens like gold.
High rates already mean tighter liquidity, and if something triggers a liquidity crunch, the market could drop sharply.
Just my two cents — not financial advice.
