On June 10, 2023, Tether Investments privately purchased 78,421,780 common shares in La Mancha Investments, representing 31.9% of the issued and outstanding shares of Elemental.

Tether Investments also entered into an option agreement Alpha 1 with AlphaStream and its subsidiary Alpha 1 SPV. The agreement grants Tether Investments the option to acquire an additional 34,444,580 common shares of Elemental, known as Alpha 1 shares, under certain conditions. The option can be exercised no earlier than October 29, 2025, subject to Elemental's consent.

Meanwhile, the American company SharpLink Gaming acquired 176,270.69 ETH for approximately $463 million, thus becoming the largest public holder. The acquisition was completed at an average price of $2,626 per ETH, including fees. In terms of Ether, SharpLink Gaming now surpasses only the Ethereum Foundation.
