Binance Chat is a feature that allows users to communicate with customer support or with each other within the platform. There are two main types of chats: live support chat with the Binance team, and P2P trading chat to communicate with the other parties in transactions.
1. Live Support Chat:
It can be accessed through the support icon (usually shaped like a headset or help icon) in the Binance app or on Binance.com.
It allows you to communicate with the support team to resolve issues or answer inquiries related to your account or trading operations.
You may start with a virtual assistant and then be transferred to a human support representative if necessary.
Chat is available 24/7.
2. P2P Trading Chat:
Used to communicate with the other party in person-to-person (P2P) trading transactions.
It can be accessed through the P2P trading section, where you can select your active request and click on the chat icon.
It is a secure means of communication during P2P trading.
3. Other Chats:
There are also private chats for major traders in the futures section, which can be accessed from the futures page by clicking on the [...] icon and selecting 'Chat Room'.
Users can also create their own private chat rooms to share with their communities.
