Reflections on The Rollup 6 weeks post-launch: I'm glad we launched the livestream format & we're planning to lean into it heavily, while further pushing the clip factory. The amount of distribution The Rollup TV is getting with multiple top quality guests on each show (Hasseeb, Flood, Yano, TraderMayne, Jacquelyn Melinek, Fejau, Rune, Bread, CLG, DeFi Dad, Cami Russo & many more) has been validating to see. This has led to more dynamic conversations, which can reach a larger audience, and allow Robbie & I to enjoy it while being ourselves. Short form content is very clippable, encourages commentary & has been permeating new areas of CT we wouldn't usually get into. We've gotten a ton of quality feedback on the UX and production quality, which is uniquely differentiated in crypto. The technical lift for BTS has been mostly streamlined but still working on it, and has been an endeavor to say the least. Next, we craft a new segment structure, create new methods to monetize off the increased eyeballs, and go live at our first conference next week at Permissionless. The good stuff happens live.
