Norwegian company K33 plans to raise 85 million Swedish kronor to purchase 1,000 bitcoins
According to reports from Wu, Norwegian digital asset company K33 has announced the launch of a new round of targeted issuance, aiming to raise at least 85 million Swedish kronor (approximately 8.877 million USD) to purchase up to 1,000 bitcoins as company assets. The subscription amount has already received full commitment, including CEO Torbjørn Bull Jenssen contributing 100,000 euros (approximately 115,000 USD) through a personal entity.
