#GENIUS稳定币法案 Regulatory Framework

The "GENIUS Act" sets clear regulatory requirements for stablecoin issuers, including aspects such as capital, liquidity, and risk management. The Act emphasizes that issuers must possess the necessary technical capabilities to comply with potential regulatory orders.

2. Asset Reserves

The Act requires all stablecoins to maintain a 1:1 pegging ratio with high-quality, low-risk liquid assets (such as U.S. Treasury bills maturing within 93 days, insured bank deposits, or physical U.S. dollars). Issuers are required to disclose their currency reserve status on a monthly basis.

3. Anti-Money Laundering and Consumer Protection

The Act strengthens anti-money laundering (AML) and consumer protection measures to ensure financial stability. Issuers must comply with the standards set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
