China’s President Xi said the world doesn’t need the U.S. to keep moving forward.
He gave examples of old powerful empires like Britain, France, and Spain.
These empires were once very strong and thought they would last forever.
But over time, they all lost power and were replaced by others.
Xi was warning that the U.S. might also lose its top position one day.
