#GENIUS稳定币法案

The United States Senate has finally passed the Stablecoin Genius Act with a vote of 68 to 30. The bill will next be sent to the House of Representatives for a vote, and only if passed will it be submitted to Trump for signing into effect as formal law.

This is a significant event and turning point in the history of human finance, and many people may not yet realize the impact it will have on people's lives.

The rules of traditional capital financing (finance) will change, including transactions, payments, settlements, and value storage; the identification of asset ownership in the real world, the issuance and trading of securities; the registration of company equity, voting, and dividend distribution... will all change.
