📈 Bitfinex Mints money again after more than 1 month, Will the Market have a recovery wave soon?

Recently, the Bitfinex address minted 105M$ from Tether. There wouldn't be anything notable if we look at the history of the times when @bitfinex minted money to Buy Dip, as the Market often tends to recover shortly after with very low latency (see image)
