#GENIUSActPass The founder of Cardano, Charles Hoskinson, recently revealed that this network is preparing for a deep expansion in partnership with other ecosystems. In particular, he confirmed that Cardano will open its doors to Ripple assets, the XRP token and the stablecoin RLUSD. This is an important step for the advancement of both networks.
It all started with a question from the community about the availability of Ripple's new stablecoin, RealUSD (RLUSD), on the Cardano network. The response was a promise of a "complete package of XRP", much more than just a simple addition of stablecoin.

Although in his post on X, Hoskinson did not provide details such as specific dates, he emphasized that the effort to achieve this goal is underway. He stressed that the package will include the integration of XRP into Cardano's DeFi layer, support for the official Lace wallet, and RLUSD. Additionally, he introduced an intriguing concept he called "glacier drops".
Despite the absence of a roadmap, Hoskinson made it clear that these discussions are at an advanced stage. With this integration work, Ripple's XRP token could have a new window for its expansion. Meanwhile, the adoption of this token as a global payment system would allow Cardano to make a significant leap.
