Some new coins shoot up after listing (immediately or a few days later). This is influenced by a few factors. A lot depends on the timing of their appearance in the market.
From my observations, when the market is generally green, such novelties benefit from it. But when the market is bleeding, entering new coins is very risky because they are likely to drop shortly, or even right after listing.
This is a general observation and does not mean that every coin will behave this way.
Knowing this, it is not worth investing in new projects until they stabilize.
While learning about the market, I made the mistake of buying because something new quickly goes up - such an opportunity is slipping away!
That's how FOMO works.
Then comes the surprise - why does it suddenly drop? After all, everyone praises this project.
These are the consequences of FOMO.
I am constantly learning about the market, but the experience I have already gained has taught me not to jump from coin to coin, as that most often leads to losses, and not to chase novelties because there is a lot of uncertainty here.
