The Infini virtual card has decided to discontinue the Infini card service.

Effective immediately, Global cards, Lite cards, and Tech cards will all be suspended from use and new applications. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

1. Regarding withdrawals, deposits, and wealth management

Core functions such as deposits, withdrawals, and Earn income are not affected; your assets are safe and controllable.

2. Regarding the card issuance fee compensation

To properly handle this change, we will automatically refund the card issuance fee (after deducting any discounts) to the Infini account balance of all affected users who have applied for cards. The card issuance fee will be credited within 10 working days, and no manual action is required on your part.

3. Regarding refund requests in transit

Refunds in transit will be credited to your Infini account, expected to be completed within 5-21 working days. Your funds are not affected.

4. Regarding refunds exceeding 21 days

Regarding the refunds that have exceeded 21 working days and for users who have already filled out the form, please rest assured that we will continue to follow up, and the relevant amounts will be refunded to your Infini account balance in due course.
