Historically, June has been a somewhat weaker month for Bitcoin. Data indicates that June has an average decline of about 0.35%. In several years (such as 2022, 2021, 2020, 2018, and 2013), Bitcoin had a negative performance in June.

Interestingly, July has been, in many cases, a month of significant recovery for Bitcoin. Historically, after declines in June, Bitcoin has had average gains of 7.42% in July. In seven of the last eleven Julys (up to 2024), Bitcoin recorded at least 8% monthly gain. In some years, the first weeks of July recorded gains of 28% or more.
