Mark the high of this candle that made the low and see which previous candles reached this same price.
Among these candles that touch the line of the high of the candle that made the low, use the candle with the highest high as a reference and mark a line at this maximum price to the right.
When a candle to be plotted closes 1 unit above this line price, it defines a vertex, finishing the down wave and becoming a new up wave.
