On Tuesday, Trump said he was "not in the mood to negotiate right now" and that "we are facing something better than a ceasefire." On Monday night, the president made an urgent appeal to the population to immediately evacuate Tehran, shortly after Israeli forces told residents of some areas in the northeast of the capital to leave before planned attacks on what they described as "military infrastructure."
"Iran should have signed the agreement I told them to sign. What a shame and what a waste of human lives. In short, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. I've said it time and time again. Everyone must evacuate Tehran immediately," he posted on Truth Social.
