Eric Trump Refutes Involvement in Tron's Backward Integration with SRM Entertainment

Eric Trump, son of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has publicly repudiated any involvement in the proposed reverse merger of Tron with SRM Entertainment, a NASDAQ-listed merchandise company. Despite reports of him holding an executive role in the newly formed company, he clarified his lack of public involvement in the merger plans through a post on June 16.

The Financial Times had reported that Tron is preparing for a public listing in the U.S. via the reverse merger and SRM Entertainment would rebrand as "Tron Inc". SRM also announced plans to procure TRX tokens as part of its new cryptocurrency treasury strategy, with Sun, Tron's founder, serving as an advisor. This is not the first time Eric Trump has denied association with a crypto venture.
