$XRP Latest 🚨 : Ripple's CTO, David Schwartz, recently proposed two new models to improve the XRP Ledger's transaction fee system. The first model would calculate the minimum fee required to include one more transaction after consensus and refund any excess paid above that level. The second model would calculate the median fee of all accepted transactions in a ledger and refund any amount paid above that median.
