Last Bitcoin coin: the end that will create a new beginning!
Although Bitcoin today seems to be at its peak, there is a moment approaching - and one that has been long awaited - when the mining of the last Bitcoin coin on the face of the Earth will be announced. This anticipated moment will occur in 2140, more than a century from now, according to the design of the original Bitcoin network, which does not allow exceeding the limit of 21 million coins.
Approximately every four years, the mining reward is halved in an event known as "halving," and this causes the issuance of new coins to slow down over time. And today, there are only about 2 million coins left that have not yet been mined, after more than 19 million units have been extracted since the launch of Bitcoin in 2009.
After the mining of the last coin, miners will not receive block rewards but will rely entirely on transaction fees to continue operating the network.
This distant date does not mean the end of Bitcoin, but rather the beginning of a new era of absolute scarcity, which may increase its value more and more over time.$ETH $BTC $XRP
