🔊🔊 Vietnam has incorporated digital assets into its regulation through the Digital Technology Industry Law approved on June 6 of this year, which will come into effect on 1/01/2026. Following the approval, the Government must establish what type of commercial activity will be allowed and how the use and transfers of assets will be applied.

The Law includes local regulations aligned with global best practices. They will offer incentives to companies dedicated to AI, semiconductors, and digital infrastructure.

Vietnam's ambition is to position itself as a technological hub in the region.

This legislation lays the groundwork and aims to create conditions to foster digital innovation in that country.
