With this transaction, the company has acquired nearly 10,000 Bitcoins with total investments of 947 million USD at a cost of 94.697 USD per Bitcoin.

To finance this acquisition, Metaplanet issued zero-interest bonds worth 210 million USD, thereby reinforcing its aim to accumulate no less than 210,000 Bitcoins in its possession by the end of 2027.
