📢 Japan’s Metaplanet continues to buy BTC!

The company announced a new purchase of 23.35 BTC worth about $1.59 million. In total, Metaplanet now owns 203.73 BTC, making it the unofficial “micro-version of MicroStrategy” in Asia.

The strategy reinforces the trend of institutional Bitcoin accumulation against the backdrop of global financial instability. Metaplanet has also taken advantage of the tax status in Japan, where BTC is classified as a non-monetary asset.
