Vietnam’s crypto policy is currently in a transitional phase, with the government working to establish a legal framework for digital assets and cryptocurrency trading. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has instructed the Ministry of Finance and the State Bank of Vietnam to draft regulations for managing digital assets and cryptos, aiming for submission within this year.
