Spark (FLR) Airdrop for Binance Users
Spark (SPARK) was later renamed to Flare (FLR).
The total airdrop was distributed in phases:
15% of FLR was airdropped in early 2023.
The remaining 85% is being released monthly until January 2026, but only to users who wrap FLR to WFLR and delegate.
Distribution Mechanics:
Binance received the FLR and distributed it to eligible users based on this formula:
(Your XRP / Total Binance XRP at snapshot) × Total FLR received by Binance.
Key Notes:
US users were excluded on Binance.com (Binance.US ran a separate distribution).
You didn’t need to do anything if you held XRP on Binance during the snapshot.
To receive the rest of your FLR airdrop, you must wrap it to WFLR and participate in Flare staking (FTSO system).
