Binance is pleased to announce project number 23 on the HODLer Airdrops page: Spark (SPK), an on-chain asset allocator that smartly deploys capital in DeFi, CeFi, and RWA.

Users who subscribed their BNB to Simple Earn (Flexible and/or Locked) or to On-Chain Yield products between 10/06/2025 at 00:00 (UTC) and 13/06/2025 at 23:59 (UTC) will receive the airdrop distribution. It is estimated that the airdrop information for HODLers will be available in 12 hours, and the new token will be distributed to users' spot accounts at least 1 hour before trading begins.

Binance will list SPK on 17/06/2025 at 09:00 (UTC) and will start trading with USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY pairs. The seed tag will be applied to SPK. Users will be able to start depositing SPK one hour after this announcement.
