The company has continuously expanded its Bitcoin portfolio, aiming to reach 10,000 BTC by the end of 2025 and 21,000 BTC by 2026.

Recently, on April 14, 2025, Metaplanet purchased an additional 319 BTC for approximately ¥3.78 billion (equivalent to $26.3 million USD), at an average price of $83,147/BTC. The total amount of Bitcoin the company currently holds has reached 4,525 BTC, with a total cost of approximately $408.1 million USD.
