#VietnamCryptoPolicy Vietnam prepares to launch its first comprehensive legal framework for cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, aiming to establish clear rules and combat money laundering. The Prime Minister has ordered the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank to present a draft before July 2025, and the final regulation is expected to arrive before the end of the year.

Among the proposals is the creation of a regulatory sandbox in key cities like Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang, where exchanges and digital platforms will be tested under state supervision.
