Read this so you don’t end up like me.

When I started trading, I thought I had it all figured out. I was watching YouTube videos, reading charts, and diving in headfirst.

But the market doesn’t care how confident you are. It punishes recklessness — and that’s exactly what happened to me.

I made 3 brutal mistakes. These weren’t just small errors — they cost me more than $15,000.

If you're a new trader or even just getting into crypto, please learn from this. Don’t repeat what I did.

---

1. Jumping In After the Pump 🚫

This one is pure FOMO. A token pumps 50–100%, and I’d rush to jump in — thinking “it’s going even higher!”

What I didn’t realize: by the time I was buying, the whales were already selling.

I was the exit liquidity — like a fish biting the hook long after the bait was gone.

Lesson: If a coin has already pumped, leave it alone.

Don’t chase green candles. Let the hype go. The market always gives a second chance.

---

2. Trading Without Clarity & Ignoring the Big Picture 🌍

I used to focus only on charts — RSI, MACD, support/resistance. But I ignored world events.

Big mistake.

Crypto reacts instantly to:

Wars or geopolitical tensions

Inflation data or interest rate decisions

Government regulations

Even natural disasters

I didn’t follow news or macroeconomics. I thought technical analysis was enough.

But charts without context is just gambling with extra steps.

Lesson: If you don’t understand what’s happening in the world — don’t trade.

Zoom out. Understand the environment. Trade with clarity, not confusion.

---

3. Overtrading Like a Gambler 🎲

This is the one that burned me the most.

I was trading every single day. No setup? Still traded. No clarity? Still traded.

Why? Because I was addicted. It wasn’t trading anymore — it was gambling.

I entered trades out of boredom, ego, and desperation.

And guess what? I blew my capital into pieces.

Lesson: If there’s no setup, don’t trade.

The best traders wait for clear signals. The best trade is sometimes no trade.

Final Words 👇

This was a painful journey — but every loss was a lesson.

I’m still learning. Still recovering. But I share this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

If you're serious about trading:

Control your emotions

Avoid overtrading

Respect the macro picture

And never FOMO
