The SEC has approved the $2.3 billion Bitcoin treasury deal from Trump Media - allowing the company to raise funds and purchase BTC, becoming one of the largest public Bitcoin treasuries. It has also applied for a Truth Social Bitcoin ETF, aiming to give shareholders direct exposure to BTC.
