Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced that at its board meeting on June 16, 2025, it resolved to issue zero-coupon straight bonds totaling $210 million to EVO FUND. The proceeds will be fully used to purchase Bitcoin. The bonds are exclusively subscribed by EVO FUND and include an early redemption mechanism.
