I just closed a short position on HOMEUSDT, and while it wasn’t a massive win, it was still a green trade. I entered at 0.034878 and closed at 0.034358, locking in a small profit of +0.21 USDT. I saw a decent opportunity for a drop after a minor bounce and decided to take a short. The price movement wasn’t entirely smooth—it had some choppy action at first, which made me question my entry. But I stuck with my plan, and eventually, the price started to trend downward as expected. It’s always satisfying when a short plays out, even if the gain is modest. Every win builds confidence and sharpens execution. On to the next setup!

#TrumpTariffs I think the end of the trade war between the U.S. and China could actually have a noticeable effect on the crypto market, even if it’s not super obvious at first. When two major economies ease tensions, global investor confidence tends to go up—and when that happens, people (myself included) are more willing to take on risk, including in crypto. I could see institutional investors starting to look at Bitcoin and other digital assets not just as a hedge, but as part of a legit investment strategy. Also, with trade stabilizing, we might see stronger currencies like the dollar and yuan, which could shift how people view crypto as a store of value. If global cooperation improves, maybe we’ll finally get some clear, consistent crypto regulations too. That would be a huge plus.
