Cryptocurrency Trading: While the use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment is prohibited, trading cryptocurrencies on exchanges is technically allowed. This means that citizens can buy and sell cryptocurrencies, but they must do so through unauthorized channels. 3. Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs): The Vietnamese government has issued warnings about the risks associated with ICOs, which are often seen as speculative and risky investments.
