We can argue about the appropriate premium to NAV that $MSTR should trade at, but if you are wondering why MSTR even trades at a premium in the first place, then you should really take more time to understand their playbook.

(They are consistently increasing their BTC / share, so it's perfectly logical to trade at a premium...)
