Is there any way to list New Coin in Binance Alpha ? What Binance alpha actually is ? and how it works ? I am little confused and need help with understanding the binance alpha and how to be listed on it.

I google it but found nothing helpful. Everything on internet is about Binance Listing, not Binance Alpha listing.
