I would like to share my opinion about stop-loss orders.

I don't use them, because often the stop-loss order gets triggered, and then the price moves in the right direction, but you exit the trade.

I do it differently: I set a take profit, but without a stop-loss.

Let's assume I have $1000, and I entered a sell trade of $100.

The price would need to rise 10 times for me to clear my account.

A decline of 2-3% is acceptable, especially in an overbought market.

So why would I use a stop-loss order?

Trade with small amounts, and everything will be fine.

You won't lose your money.

If you're looking for excitement, go to the casino, the odds are better there.

In trading, you have to be careful and calm.

From my experience, technical analysis often doesn't work.

Thank you for your attention.
