#CryptoRoundTableRemarks
Just watched highlights from the SEC’s latest crypto roundtable — and it really got me thinking.
They're debating whether DeFi developers should be treated like regular open-source coders…
Or like financial intermediaries who need to follow strict compliance rules.
On one hand, it’s just code.
On the other, that code runs systems moving millions — sometimes billions — in value.
So… how accountable should developers be?
💡 With finance becoming more code-driven, regulation must evolve — but how do we balance that without choking innovation?
What do you think? 👉 Should DeFi devs be protected as builders?
👉 Or should they bear more responsibility?
This feels like a major turning point for crypto’s next chapter.
Would love to hear your thoughts. 👇
