This new regulation is of no use at all; it's just giving a little hope to those with low scores or perhaps a bit of a refund on fees. Many people have already been pushed down in scores, and some fools are still dreaming that the scores will drop. Only those without brains would think like that. The first stage of scores will still start at 245-250, with rewards around 50U. The second stage will be between 220-240 or 230-240, with rewards at most 20-30U. Scores cannot possibly drop; it’s just a little fee refund for those on the edge of passing. The scores will still remain the same with no changes; those who aren’t claiming will still not claim.
