The wisdom in prohibiting this type of trading is great; it has been forbidden by Islamic law
which is trading with leverage
And also trading in futures contracts
You cannot defy the law; otherwise, the consequences will be catastrophic, as happened with James and certainly many before him, and unfortunately, there will be many after him. Therefore, we must remember His saying in Surah Adh-Dhariyat Glory be to Allah the Almighty; His wisdom is indisputable
In the picture, we see James saying do not trade with leverage
This is because he made 100 million dollars in a week and lost it in a week, meaning he lost the amount just as he gained it.
As for futures contracts,
Both futures and forward contracts are considered violations of Islamic law because, in these contracts, the delivery of the asset and payment of the price are postponed, which is classified as selling debt for debt, and that is forbidden by law.
Avoid stubbornness and stay away from illusions and unrealistic dreams. This does not mean that I, God forbid, prevent you from dreaming; on the contrary, a normal person must dream and have ambition, and great ambition as well, but through lawful means, the gain lasts, and may Allah bless you.
